Parables

Every once in awhile, I find myself writing a parable here on H&R. (Who writes parables, anyway?) The thing is, I have never written parables until I started this blog, but...well, there you are. I'm a fiction writer, so maybe this is just how I react to a rapid-fire medium: parables are short and they hide philosophy up their sleeves. At any rate, it is a nice break, sometimes, from laying it all on the line. Anyway, I like writing them -- and I'm proud of some of them -- so I thought I would collect them for easy perusal, in case anyone is interested.
